Mental health problems of studying abroad can not be ignored.

  HEALTHY global health vision

Mental health problems can not be ignored when studying abroad.

"I just want to shut myself in the room, the door is closed, the curtains are closed, and the lights are turned off, so that I am trapped in the darkness. I feel moldy, just like a mushroom. " Xiao L (a pseudonym) said.

Shortly after coming to study in England, Nie Bo found that something was wrong with his friend Xiao L. "At first, he just felt in a bad mood and wanted to close himself up. Later, the situation became more and more serious. He began to have self-harm behavior, and his hands were covered with teeth marks that he had bitten hard. He also had the impulse to commit suicide and wanted to jump off the balcony. "

According to Nie Bo, the signs of depression of Xiao L did not begin until he came to Britain. There have been psychological problems in Xiao L’s family, and his childhood growth experience has made him more sensitive and anxious than his peers. When I was in China, I often felt extremely depressed, but he never went to see a psychiatrist, and his family didn’t take his depression seriously. He only attributed these symptoms to "bad temper" or "bad mood". When he arrived in England, under the pressure of his studies, his symptoms of depression began to appear frequently and get worse, which seriously affected his studies and daily life. In those days when his illness was the most serious, his good friend Nie Bo stayed with him all the time.

Nie Bo, who just graduated from University College London with a Ph.D., studied psychology during his undergraduate and master’s degrees, and had an internship experience in a psychological counseling center. The professional education background made him immediately realize that Xiao L’s condition belongs to the category of depression, which also enabled him to give effective help to his friends.

"I put away all the sharp objects in his house and made him promise not to do stupid things. If he can’t control what he wants to do to hurt himself, he must give me a call first. This is a method that the teacher taught at school before: to establish some kind of connection with the suicidal visitor and let him know that there are still people missing him in the world, which is like the last straw. Many people with depression make the last phone call before committing suicide. In fact, they are asking for help, hoping that someone will pull them back. This phone call is a distress signal. Some psychologists believe that many suicides are carried out after the failure of the’ last call for help’. So I agreed with him that you can call me no matter how late. " In an interview with China Youth Daily and Zhongqing Online reporter, Nie Bo said, "I contacted his parents at the first time, then contacted the psychological support institution of the school with him, and accompanied him to see a doctor. General practitioners under the British health care system have basic psychological diagnosis and treatment ability. At that time, the general practitioner saw that his condition was serious, and immediately contacted the professional team responsible for dealing with suicide/psychological crisis, and gave us a 24-hour manned psychological assistance hotline. The team responsible for psychological intervention contacted us within 24 hours. Through telephone calls and interviews, they assessed the urgency of Xiao L’s situation and formulated a rescue plan. "

The impact of external environmental changes and cultural differences increases the incidence of mental illness.

Dr Ricardo Tejero, a senior lecturer in psychology at the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom, told China Youth Daily and Zhongqing Online reporter: "Mental illness is a family hereditary disease to a large extent, which is largely determined by genes. For a teenager with a family history of mental illness, unless he has been well protected, his family atmosphere is harmonious and he is not bullied at school, it is difficult to ensure that he will not get sick. The incidence of mental illness among international students is very high, and many cases are caused by psychological pressure caused by changes in the external environment and cultural differences. "

Weng Laiyi, who is studying for a doctorate at Oxford University, has also experienced a very autistic psychological low tide. He told the reporter of China Youth Daily and Zhongqing Online: "At that time, my mood fluctuated, but I didn’t know how to deal with it, and I didn’t realize that it was a mental health problem. Oxford University is a very stressful place, and there is an elitism here. Everyone agrees that it is normal to be stressed. In such a big environment, you will not realize that stress needs to be dealt with, and you will ignore the handling of stress. But then we found that some students around us became very wrong, and gradually realized that this problem needs to be solved. "

From the examples of classmates around him, Nie Bo found that the factors that induce foreign students to have psychological problems can be roughly classified into three categories: first, academic pressure; The second is the relationship with parents; The third is the relationship with lovers. Among them, academic stress is the most common. "As an international student, I have to adapt to a new environment in all aspects. Language itself is a big challenge. There may be some incomprehensible situations in class, and there may be language barriers when communicating with students around. It may be better if there are other students from China around, and the pressure is even greater if they are isolated. In this case, anxiety may occur and become withdrawn and autistic, thus further inducing depression. "

Contradictions with family and poor communication are also common problems for international students. "Because of the distance and time difference, communication with family members is prone to problems. For some problems we encounter abroad, parents can only give suggestions based on the domestic environment and their own life experience, but these suggestions are often not applicable to the actual situation abroad. We will feel that our parents are bossing around, and parents will complain that we are disobedient. Over time, the gap will get deeper and deeper, and it is easy to quarrel when communicating. "

In addition, lovelorn is also an important factor that causes mood swings. "Most international students, especially master’s and doctoral students, are adults, and their emotions are very important in their daily lives. However, the uncertainty in the future makes their emotional variables very large, so the situation of lovelorn sometimes happens." Nie Bo said.

  Everyone needs love and affirmation.

Nie Bo told the China Youth Daily and Zhongqing Online reporter that in order to solve the mental health problems of students in school in time, all universities in Britain are equipped with consultants or teams to provide psychological support. The members of the institutions are roughly composed of two parts, one is the teacher of the psychology department of the school, and the other is the professional psychological consultant who cooperates with the school. When students find that their psychology is abnormal, they can ask for help from our professional counselors and contact psychological aid agencies for help.

Weng Laiyi’s Oxford University also has such a psychological assistance institution, which is a psychological counseling center set up by the school. Weng Laiyi told China Youth Daily and Zhongqing Online reporter that the psychological counseling service provided by the Psychological Counseling Center of Oxford University aims to evaluate and guide students’ mental health to prevent mental health problems from deepening. The center has medical consultants and psychologists, but the psychological counseling service it provides does not belong to the category of clinical psychological counseling and psychotherapy. When the teachers in the counseling center find that a student’s condition cannot be alleviated by psychological counseling, but may need clinical psychotherapy and drug intervention, they will hand over the student’s medical records to a more professional psychological and medical department for further diagnosis and evaluation according to the students’ wishes.

Lou Qi from the Department of Plant Science of Oxford University told the China Youth Daily and Zhongqing Online reporter that the psychological counseling service organization has also set up a "Peer Support and Mutual Assistance Program" to recruit volunteers from students and provide them with relevant training, so that they can also participate in the psychological counseling team and help students in need.

Lou Qi is a volunteer in the Peer Support and Mutual Assistance Program. Before becoming a volunteer, she went through a semester-long training, and spent two afternoons every week to participate in group training with other volunteers. Training is interactive, mainly through scenario simulation training to enable volunteers to better understand and deal with various emotions and master communication skills. For example, we need to know what kind of emotions ordinary people will have under certain circumstances, how we should deal with these emotions, how to ask questions to each other, and what role and posture we should communicate and communicate with.

Lou Qi said that in fact, the school doesn’t want students who are volunteers to take on too many responsibilities. Volunteers play more of a role as a bridge to connect students with psychological problems with professional psychological counselors. Like other volunteers, she works in a small classroom for one hour to one and a half hours every week. The time and place of "sitting in class" will be sent to all students by email. "If some students need psychological help, they can come directly to this classroom to find me. Of course, they can also go directly to the school psychological counseling center to find a professional psychological counseling teacher."

Lou Qi has been working in the Peer Support and Mutual Assistance Program for two semesters. During this period, she found that most students in China are reserved, especially those with psychological barriers, and basically do not take the initiative to talk about their psychological problems with others. Through the information provided by the educational administration teacher and the information learned from other students, she will learn that a classmate may have an emotional situation, and then take the initiative to send an email to the other party to make an appointment to chat. "Every student here has great academic pressure, which is caused by the big environment. When the schoolwork pressure is too great, or when it is found that there is a certain gap between reality and expectation, some people may have escape psychology, become depressed and unwilling to socialize, and will fall into a vicious circle over time. In fact, everyone needs love and affirmation, because in a place full of competition and pressure, lack of love and affirmation can easily lead to self-denial emotions. Therefore, I will try my best to encourage and affirm each other in communication. "

Lou Qi has helped two students with psychological problems. She will take the initiative to contact each other, ask about each other’s recent situation from time to time, and silently give some hints and guidance to each other to help them relieve pressure. "When they are willing to chat with you, they must be in a good state. At this time, we must seize the opportunity to talk to them more and encourage them to feel care and affirmation. When we find that the condition is serious and can’t be handled, we must reflect it to the professional psychological teacher. "

Cultural and language problems make it difficult for China students to get corresponding psychological support.

Lou Qi told China Youth Daily and Zhongqing Online reporter that there are 500 or 600 students’ psychological support volunteers in Oxford University, but there are only 3 students’ volunteers in China, which is very low compared with the number of China students with about 1,200 students. Oxford University Psychological Counseling Center found that not only the proportion of volunteers in China is extremely low, but also the proportion of international students in China who use psychological counseling services is very low. In this regard, the person in charge of the psychological counseling center of Oxford University also expressed great doubts. "Why don’t China students use psychological counseling services? Is it because they are in good psychological condition, or are there other situations?"

After noticing that he and his classmates had mental health problems to a lesser or heavier degree, Weng Laiyi and the members of the "Yishan" Chinese students’ public welfare association founded by China students from Oxford University decided that Yishan would come forward to prepare a long-term "mental health care project" for the mental health problems of China students from Oxford University. At first, they consulted the questionnaire on mental health of British charity organizations, and designed a Chinese psychological questionnaire for China students in Oxford University, with the aim of understanding the understanding, attitude and needs of China students on mental health. After collecting and summarizing 120 questionnaires, the members of Yishan believe that the reason why China students seldom seek psychological help on their own initiative may be because: firstly, they lack understanding of the basic knowledge of mental health problems such as depression; Secondly, I am worried about the form of psychological consultation, and I feel uncomfortable talking to strangers about psychological and emotional problems; Thirdly, because the school psychological support service only has English options, there may be some language barriers.

So Weng Laiyi had an exchange with the Oxford University Psychological Counseling Center on behalf of Yishan, hoping that the Oxford University Psychological Counseling Center could recruit more China students to join their "Peer Support and Mutual Assistance Program" volunteer team, which would not only increase the total number of volunteers, but also increase the number of Chinese-speaking students in the volunteer group. "In this way, when a China student needs psychological help, he can choose volunteers who serve in Chinese to communicate in his mother tongue. Because the communication wording of psychological counseling is inherently subtle, if it is to be converted into English, it may be an extra burden for students who seek help. "

The Psychological Counseling Center of Oxford University expressed great interest in the proposal of "Yi Shan". Through these 120 questionnaires, the Psychological Counseling Center also confirmed their guess-it may be because of some cultural and linguistic differences that the psychological support needs of China students have not been met.

Weng Laiyi told reporters that after several times of communication and consultation, the Psychological Counseling Center of Oxford University has agreed to Yishan’s suggestion and will cooperate with Yishan to try to recruit more China students to join the volunteer group of the Peer Support and Mutual Assistance Program. At the same time, "Yishan" will also strengthen the publicity on mental health among China students through a series of measures, such as holding lectures on the popularization of mental health knowledge and stress-reducing social activities. The original intention of "Yishan" in the "Mental Health Care Project" is to make China students realize the importance of mental health problems and adjust their mental state to fully enjoy the opportunities and challenges brought by college life. For students who still have spare capacity, "Yishan" encourages them to participate in the volunteer work of the "Peer Support and Mutual Assistance Program" to help students in need.

After a period of treatment and drug testing, Xiao L’s psychologist finally found an antidepressant suitable for Xiao L. However, because the treatment of depression requires psychological counseling and drugs at the same time, Xiao L can’t communicate with the psychologist in depth in English. Although drugs have played a certain role in controlling his symptoms, the overall curative effect is still not satisfactory. Therefore, the school approved a semester’s sick leave for Xiao L and asked him to return to China for treatment first. After returning to China, Xiao L continued to take drugs while conducting psychological counseling. After half a year, his condition improved significantly. A teacher in Xiao L’s major comforted and encouraged him very understandingly. "Don’t worry, take your time. Don’t think that depression is an easy disease to cure, and it may take longer than you expected. " The teacher happened to have suffered from depression, and continued to treat it for 10 years, and finally defeated depression. The teacher said, "As long as they take medicine on time according to the doctor’s instructions, patients with depression can also carry out normal social activities and realize their social functions like ordinary people."

The "toilet revolution" has brought four major changes and won praise from the international community.

Cctv news(Reporter He Chuan Wang Jiazhu) Toilet is a necessary space for human life, and it is also a mirror of social civilization. For a long time, there have been problems such as insufficient supply, unbalanced distribution and inadequate management in China’s toilets, which are the shortcomings of social civilization and public service system, and also the outstanding weak link of China’s tourism industry.

In recent years, with the great attention and care of the Supreme Leader General Secretary, a "toilet revolution" has gradually expanded from scenic spots to the whole country and from cities to rural areas. By the end of October this year, 68,000 tourist toilets had been newly renovated nationwide. A few days ago, reporters visited Chengdu, Xi ‘an and other tourist cities and found that the "toilet revolution" has brought four unprecedented changes to our lives.

Change 1: the general trend of the third bathroom

one

"I didn’t dare to go in when I first saw it. I don’t know if it is a men’s toilet or a women’s toilet."

A few days ago, Ms. Zhuo Ma told reporters after using the third bathroom with her two children at the rest stop of Chengya Expressway in Sichuan that she felt that the third bathroom was particularly convenient, so she could take her doll to the toilet. In addition to two toilets, two sinks and a baby safety seat, adults can put the baby on it and fasten it with a fixed buckle when it is convenient. There is also a baby care table specially designed for changing diapers for babies on the wall, which can be used by pulling it from top to bottom.

So, what is the third bathroom?

It is understood that in December 2016, the National Tourism Administration issued the Notice on Accelerating the Construction of the Third Toilet (Family Toilet) (hereinafter referred to as the Notice). It is clearly explained in the Notice: "The third toilet (family toilet) is a toilet specially set up in the toilet for people with behavioral disabilities or relatives (especially the opposite sex) who can’t take care of themselves." "Internal facilities should include adult toilet seats, child toilet seats, child urinal seats, adult washbasins, child washbasins, multifunctional tables with baby table functions, child safety seats, safety grab bars, clothes hooks and pagers."

The reporter learned from the Sichuan Tourism Development Committee that in Chengdu, by the end of 2017, "third toilets" had been set up in 13 public toilets. Before December 2017, the construction of the third bathroom in the province’s 5A-level tourist attractions has all reached the standard; Before December 2018, scenic spots above 4A level in the province will strive to ensure the configuration of at least one third bathroom.

In Xi ‘an, the reporter visited and found that the proportion of third toilets in the city’s public toilets has been increasing. At present, 54 third toilets have been built in key scenic spots such as the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Scenic Area, Huaqing Palace Scenic Area and City Wall Scenic Area in Xi ‘an. It is estimated that by the end of 2019, the third bathroom will achieve full coverage in the tourist attractions above 3A level in Xi ‘an.

Change 2: the "toilet-finding artifact" in the Internet age

In the internet age, it is no longer difficult to find toilets on the streets of cities.

A few days ago, the Chengdu Urban Management Committee developed an app to provide professional and accurate maps of urban toilets.

After the reporter downloaded the "Chengdu Urban Management" app, the first "convenience service" on the page was to scan the surrounding toilets. After clicking in, the radar interface scans quickly, and the nearest public toilet immediately displays: red is open 24 hours, and blue is open regularly; Click on the icon, and navigation will lead you there; After use, you can also leave comments.

Nationwide, the "National Public Toilet Cloud Platform" organized and developed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development was put into trial operation on November 19, 2017, which summarized the information of nearly 330,000 public toilets nationwide and initially realized the function of finding toilets quickly.

It is understood that with the continuous improvement of the system, the functions of evaluation, complaint and feedback will be realized. After going to the toilet, people can evaluate and share public toilet information, make suggestions or complaints, and inspectors upload the complaint handling results and daily inspection results in time to continuously improve the management level of public toilets.

Change 3: "fifth space" and "toilet+"subvert the definition of toilet.

Get online, pay fees, charge, withdraw money, shop, make phone calls, recycle garbage and go to the toilet in one stop … … Known as the "fifth space", it first appeared in Beijing in October 2015. Subsequently, similar public toilets blossomed all over the country.

The reporter learned that in October 2015, the first model room of new public toilets, "the fifth space", was first built and put into use in the square in front of Fangshan District Government in Beijing. In an interview with the media, Beijing Environmental Sanitation Group said: Such new public toilets will appear in Tongzhou, Shunyi, Pinggu and other urban and rural areas. By the end of next year, it is estimated that about 1,000 seats will be built, and it is expected to be popularized throughout the country in the future.

Wu Zhou, director of the Collaborative Innovation Ecological Design Center of Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts, said that China needs a "toilet revolution" to change the face of toilets with technological innovation.

"In the next three years, we will adopt the PPP model, establish a market-oriented operation mechanism for the construction and management of public toilets, guide social capital to participate in the construction, management, operation and maintenance of public toilets, and explore ‘ Building toilets by business ’ ‘ Manage toilets by business ’ Waiting for a new mode of operation and management. In 2018, the "toilet revolution" in Shuangliu District of Chengdu will invest 57 million yuan and pilot the construction of the "fifth space". " A few days ago, the reporter learned from the relevant person in charge of the Chengdu Municipal Government.

The reporter visited Chengdu and Xi ‘an and saw that there is no public toilet marked "the fifth space" on the streets of Chengdu. The public toilets in Taikooli Shopping Center in Chengdu are integrated with commercial places, and the architectural style, sanitation and internal facilities are all very tourist-oriented. The concept of "toilet+"makes tourists feel refreshed. On the west side of Xi ‘an Gulou, another renovated public toilet has just been opened to the public. The reporter found that this public toilet has a high degree of science and technology, and there is an LED electronic light board at the entrance of the bathroom. Visitors can know whether the bathroom is used by the red and green lights on the light board. At the same time, a fresh air ventilation system is installed in the public toilet, and a "photocatalyst plate" for deodorizing by nanotechnology is also attached to the wall.

Change 4: Many details of the toilet revolution warm people’s hearts

There are many new words and hot words created by the "toilet revolution", but the changes it brings are not limited to this, and many details are very warm.

At the end of 2016, with Wang Yongkang, member of the Standing Committee of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and secretary of Xi ‘an Municipal Party Committee, taking up his new post, Xi ‘an set off three revolutions, and the toilet revolution was one of them, that is, 1,135 independent public toilets were built in the central city, and at the same time, more than 2,000 public toilets that had been built were all upgraded to solve the problem that public toilets were not up to standard.

Bell and Drum Tower Square, the core area of Xi ‘an city center, is crowded with tourists. There are two public toilets in the underground passage of the Bell Tower. Previously, the sanitary conditions of these two public toilets were often criticized by the public because of inadequate hardware facilities and management. In 2016, after an unannounced visit, Shangguan Jiqing, the mayor of Xi ‘an, said that the public toilets in the underground passage of the Bell Tower smelled bad and the sewage was everywhere, so that the feet could not step on them. It has also been anxious for foreign tourists because of the late opening hours.

After the toilet revolution, the reporter recently visited and found that the sanitary conditions of these two public toilets have been greatly improved. The toilets are manned by special personnel, the ground is clean and tidy, and there is almost no odor in the toilets. The opening hours have also been advanced from 9: 00 am to 7: 30 am.

The North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda is another tourist attraction with a large flow of people in Xi ‘an. Previously, a public toilet on the west side of the North Square often had long queues of tourists in front of the women’s toilets because there were few toilet seats, which was denounced by the citizens as a "landscape" in the North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the sanitary conditions in the public toilet were also very bad. After the renovation and upgrading, the reporter found that the sanitary condition of this public toilet has also been greatly improved. In addition to the sanitation facilities inside the toilet, two new female-only toilets have been built in the scenic spot, and luggage lockers for storing luggage and automatic beverage vending machines have been added inside the toilet. The internal environment is clean and tidy, and there is little odor.

Seeing the big from the small, the toilet revolution has far-reaching significance.

According to the latest report released by UNICEF and the World Health Organization in 2012, there are still 2.5 billion people in the world who lack basic sanitation services such as toilets, and 1.1 billion people defecate everywhere, posing a serious threat to public health. 40% of the global residents (2.6 billion) have never used a flush toilet. In China, a total of 68,000 tourist toilets were built, renovated and expanded during the "toilet revolution" for three years. The penetration rate of rural sanitary toilets increased from 71.7% in 2012 to 80.4% in 2016, effectively preventing and reducing the occurrence of diseases.

This "great revolution in a small corner" has won universal praise from the international community.

According to the Xinhua News Agency, according to incomplete statistics, there are more than 160,000 reports about China’s "toilet revolution" by foreign media such as the United States, Britain and Germany, with more than 93% positive reports. China’s "toilet revolution" has become a window to show the image of China and tell the story of China, providing China’s solution to the toilet problem for the whole world, especially for developing countries, and contributing China’s sample.

From 20: 00 on July 30 to 20: 00 on July 31, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, southern and eastern Tibet, northeastern and southern Southwest China, southern South China and Hainan Island, among which there were heavy rains (50-60 mm) in parts of northwestern Heilongjiang (see Figure 5).

  Influence and concern

There is strong rainfall in Sichuan Basin and northern areas, so we should pay attention to the geological disasters of floods and flash floods in small and medium-sized rivers that may be caused by rainfall. North China, Huanghuai and other places should be alert to the adverse effects of strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and hail.

The "cash cow" of getting rid of poverty and getting rich is "gold and silver"

Cctv news(Reporter Wang Jingyuan)In mid-October, during the flowering period of honeysuckle, villagers in yan village, pucheng county, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province were busy picking honeysuckle. "Last year, honeysuckle sold more than 80,000 yuan, and the income per mu exceeded 10,000 yuan." When talking about the bulging pockets, the villagers laughed from ear to ear, which is inseparable from Wang Chunyan, secretary of the Party branch in yan village.

In recent years, under the leadership of Wang Chunyan, secretary of the Party branch, yan village has vigorously developed the honeysuckle industry. The per capita net income of villagers has increased from less than 3,000 yuan in 2014 to 21,000 yuan by the end of 2020, and honeysuckle has become a "golden knot" in villagers’ pockets.

Entrepreneurs sentenced to death

In 1983, 17-year-old Wang Chunyan chose to go out to work because she didn’t want to live a hard life. At first, he worked in a sofa factory in Hua County. Later, his father called him back to a cement factory in his hometown. At that time, the operation of the cement factory was not optimistic. After Wang Chunyan arrived, he not only worked hard with his colleagues to help the factory turn losses into profits, but also expanded the scale of the factory, "turning a small factory into a big one."

With working experience in a cement plant, Wang Chunyan decided to take a trip to Xi ‘an. At first, Wang Chunyan worked as a sales manager in an enterprise. After two years, she decided to start her own business. First, many years of work experience has helped him accumulate enough experience. Second, he has also accumulated many contacts and resources in Xi ‘an.

Run a sofa factory, sell cement, undertake projects and start a construction company … … After years of hard work, Wang Chunyan became famous in Xi ‘an construction industry, buying a house and a car. However, just as his career was booming, at the end of 2010, he was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis and secondary pulmonary fungal infection. At that time, he was swollen and coughed up blood repeatedly. "The doctor told my wife that I would not live for three months, and advised us to go home and recuperate, which was tantamount to being ‘ Sentenced to death ’ " .

In this way, Wang Chun Yan Hui, who had lived in a big city for many years, arrived in yan village after being notified by a doctor of his critical illness. When she stepped into yan village, Wang Chunyan was touched by the scene before her: compared with when she left more than 20 years ago, her hometown still failed to get rid of poverty.

This sudden serious illness and the backwardness of his hometown forced him to have a new thinking about life. During that time, Wang Chunyan suddenly realized a lot of things. "At that time, I thought I was going to leave this world soon, and I felt very sorry. I thought that if I could do something for the villagers so that everyone could earn money, I would really leave in the future, and it would be worthwhile to go to the afterlife."

"No matter how big my business is in Xi ‘an, my life is gone. What’s the use of asking for so much money?" So Wang Chunyan sold his shares in Xi ‘an company, with millions of yuan in his pocket, and began to look for a way to get rich to lead the whole village out of poverty.

Honeysuckle — — Getting rich on the road to poverty alleviation

Yan village is located in Weibei arid belt, which is a typical poor village with little rain and poor land. Ordinary people mainly grow wheat and corn for a living, and depend on the weather to eat. If the weather is favorable, they can still get four or five hundred kilograms of wheat. If there is drought, even the seed money can’t be collected.

"I just want everyone to get rid of poverty and get rich, and we must grow cash crops." Wang Chunyan heard that planting Chinese herbal medicines is very profitable, so she searched online for "drought-tolerant Chinese herbal medicine planting". The first thing that jumped out was honeysuckle.

He read an online introduction that this kind of crop is drought-resistant, waterlogging-resistant, freezing-resistant, easy to serve and good in income. "At that time, I didn’t even know what honeysuckle was, so I saw that the income of planting this acre could reach 20,000 yuan." Wang Chunyan suddenly got excited when he saw this message. "Don’t say 20,000 yuan, it is ten times less, and an acre can reach 2,000 yuan, which is much better than now." You know, if you grow wheat, the income per mu is only five or six hundred yuan at the best.

You may delay, but time will not. Wang Chunyan found out that the main producing area of honeysuckle in China is Pingyi County, Shandong Province, so she immediately contacted an old classmate for a field trip. But at that time, Wang Chunyan’s body was so swollen that it was difficult to stand. He asked his old classmates to change the seat behind the van into a simple bed, put a mattress on it, and he lay on it. Because Wang Chunyan was seriously ill at that time, the old classmates had to drive for a while and stop for a while, so they stopped all the way.

After arriving in Pingyi County, Wang Chunyan didn’t choose a company or cooperative to plant honeysuckle, but directly asked his old classmates to drive to the village and randomly asked the local villagers how much they could earn by planting an acre of honeysuckle on the road. "Almost everyone I met said that it was 15,600. It seems that the 20,000 on the Internet is not nonsense." When they learned about the price and sales of honeysuckle in the trading market, they found that there were more flowers collected than sold, so there was no need to worry about selling them.

Wang Chunyan spent 15,000 yuan to buy 5,000 honeysuckle seedlings from Shandong. After returning to yan village, she planted 12 acres herself. As a result, it was planted in March and bloomed in May. In just 45 days, an acre of land earned more than 900 yuan. "This is much better than planting crops."

To Wang Chunyan’s surprise, he insisted on soaking in water with honeysuckle every day. After half a year, his whole body edema subsided. He went to the hospital in Xi ‘an for reexamination, and liver cirrhosis turned out to be better. He took his own honeysuckle for drug testing, and the results showed that chlorogenic acid content, one of the main effective pharmacological components, was more than four times that of the national standard, which indicated that yan village was very suitable for planting honeysuckle and belonged to the eugenic area of honeysuckle.

Wang Chunyan finally made up her mind to bring honeysuckle back to yan village.

The leader of sunshine industry

According to Wang Chunyan, honeysuckle is a good medicine for clearing away heat and toxic materials. It is sweet and cold, but it does not hurt the stomach. It is fragrant and can dispel evil spirits. It has a wide range of medicinal values. It can be used as tea and medicine. The most important thing is that it is tenacious in vitality and very drought-resistant. It is most suitable for planting on the loess plateau. As the saying goes, "Waterlogging crops and dry grass, frostbite pomegranate and sunburn melon will not affect honeysuckle".

In 2012, Wang Chunyan was elected as the village director, and he began to mobilize the whole village to grow honeysuckle with him. However, things didn’t go as smoothly as Wang Chunyan imagined.

"Just za this dry YuanShang can grow Chinese herbal medicines? Wishful thinking! " "I have never heard of wheat and corn that have been planted for a lifetime, and I dare not plant them." "Honeysuckle can sell thousands of pieces in an acre of land? Bullshit! When I became a village cadre, I just wanted to get some benefits for myself. " … … The villagers’ rejection and suspicion of new things is like a high wall blocking Wang Chunyan’s face.

Wang Chunyan began to do work from house to house, running again and again, saying over and over again that there was no shortage of cold benches and sarcastic remarks. "Things in the countryside are too difficult to do. I don’t know how many cold faces I have seen and how many complaints I have made." But Wang Chunyan didn’t give up.

In order to gain everyone’s trust, he took cadres from party member, the village, and went to Shandong, Henan and other places for investigation and research again. He set up a camera in the field where honeysuckle was harvested to truly record the local flower picking situation.

After coming back, party member cadres took the lead in planting honeysuckle, and the village also took out some money to give the villagers free seedlings. An acre of land was subsidized to 150 yuan for three years, and the minimum purchase price was promised to them. Not only do you want money, but you also have to pay back the money.

Hard work pays off. At the end of 2014, the planting area of honeysuckle in yan village finally exceeded 300 mu. In 2015, the honeysuckle industry gradually realized large-scale planting, and Wang Chunyan was also elected as the general party branch secretary of yan village.

Honeysuckle has become a rich flower. In 2016, the whole village of yan village was lifted out of poverty. By the end of 2018, the planting area of honeysuckle in yan village had grown to 3,700 mu, the sales income of honeysuckle and seedlings in the village exceeded 10 million yuan, and the collective income of the village also reached 1.6 million yuan. The per capita net income of villagers has also increased from less than 3,000 yuan in 2014 to 21,000 yuan by the end of 2020, and honeysuckle has become a veritable "rich flower" and "happy flower".

The industrial scale has expanded, but Wang Chunyan has a longer-term goal. In order to build the honeysuckle industry, he led all village cadres and villagers to find ways to "manage", improve industrial facilities, improve water and fertilizer conditions and improve the quality of honeysuckle; Riveting on the "sales", running outside the province, pushing online and offline, the supply of honeysuckle in the village is in short supply; Make a fuss about "efficiency", develop honeysuckle tea, develop honeysuckle mineral water, build honeysuckle sea and enhance the added value of the industry.

Nowadays, the honeysuckle in yan village is full of dry land, forming a picturesque ecological landscape, and Wang Chunyan’s dream of honeysuckle industry is still blooming.

The new energy license plate "one license is hard to find" is quietly coming, and the special license plate will be promoted in three batches.

According to the official Weibo news of the Traffic Management Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, the Traffic Management Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security recently held a meeting in Wuhan, Hubei Province, and deployed to promote the special number plates for new energy vehicles in three batches nationwide from November 20, 2017.

The industry believes that with the introduction of a series of new energy vehicle policies, the new energy vehicle market will continue to grow, leading to the situation that new energy license plates are "hard to find" in some cities. At the same time, the rapid development of China market has also prompted China enterprises to actively go out and cooperate with international high-end technologies in the field of new energy vehicles.

New energy license plate "one card is hard to find"

According to the relevant regulations, vehicles with new energy vehicle number plates will not be restricted by the restrictions, and enjoy the policy of free parking for the first two hours in a large number of parking lots. In addition, pure electric vehicles do not detect exhaust emissions, and fuel cell vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles (including extended-range vehicles) are not included in the exhaust emission detection range for the time being.

These "benefits" are undoubtedly attractive to consumers who live and work in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other cities with strict motor vehicle management and high parking costs.

According to the data released by China Automobile Industry Association, in October, the production and sales of new energy vehicles all exceeded 90,000, up by 86% and 106.7% year-on-year. In the first 10 months of this year, the production and sales of new energy vehicles were 517,000 and 490,000 respectively, and the year-on-year growth also exceeded 45%.

The popularity of the market has led to the situation that new energy vehicle license plates are "hard to find" in some first-tier cities. The Beijing Municipal Office for the Regulation and Control of Passenger Car Indicators recently announced that the indicators of new energy vehicles have already been used up this year, and more than 80,000 people are waiting in line for next year’s indicators. In other words, according to the original plan, Beijing’s new energy passenger car index has been "booked" in advance in 2018. If you apply now, you can only wait until 2019 to get the new energy vehicle index.

He Daixin, an associate researcher at China Academy of Social Sciences, said that this shows that with the promotion of policies and the continuous expansion of the market, consumers have become more and more accepting of new energy vehicles. But at the same time, the development of new energy vehicles still faces many technical and service problems. In the future, on the one hand, with the encouragement of national policies and the promotion of the capital market, the production capacity will be rapidly formed, and the sales layout of related car companies will also be rapidly launched; On the other hand, we should vigorously promote the quality and quality of after-sales service to ensure the healthy and sustainable operation of the industry.

Upgrading technical services and accelerating industrial development

So far, the development of new energy vehicles largely depends on the promotion of policies, and in the context of the gradual decline of subsidies for new energy vehicles, improving the technical and overall service level has become the key to consolidate and develop the market for new energy vehicles.

Short cruising range, difficult charging, high battery consumption and low vehicle residual value are important factors that currently plague the growth of new energy vehicles. Because of this, these aspects are becoming the focus of social investment.

Recently, Shanghai Shiwei Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Buckingham University in the UK, and released a new product using artificial intelligence and cloud technology — — Energy management system of GAZELE3 electric vehicle.

According to reports, Shiwei Technology currently has an energy management technology platform with completely independent intellectual property rights, which can be applied to the energy management of passenger cars, capacitive buses and electric forklifts, and can effectively improve the technical performance of electric vehicles. At the same time, the system can give full play to the maximum efficiency of each battery, further prolong the service life of the battery pack and reduce the user’s use cost.

GAZELE3 system can also support the mixed use of capacitor package and battery package, which solves the bottleneck problem that has plagued the industry for many years. It is reported that the GAZELE3 system can adjust the system management module according to the needs of the vehicle manufacturer to adjust the battery pack energy, so that the BMS can quickly match the vehicle battery management, and the vehicle manufacturer does not need to redesign the battery management system, thus saving the new car design time, reducing the cost and reducing the product risk.

Not only Shiwei Technology, but also many vehicle companies and technology companies are striving to promote the upgrading of new energy vehicle technology and services. BAIC New Energy Company recently released Optimus Prime Plan to promote a new mode of rapid power exchange for new energy vehicles.

In this regard, industry experts said that these innovations have improved the quality of batteries, reduced costs, alleviated the problems of high battery cost and difficult recycling of new energy vehicles, and opened up the industrial chain of new energy vehicles, forming a virtuous circle.

New energy vehicles become the focus of international cooperation

The National Development and Reform Commission recently issued the "Three-year Action Plan to Enhance the Core Competitiveness of Manufacturing Industry (2018-2020)", and new energy smart cars have become one of the key points. The document calls for promoting the establishment of an international dialogue and exchange platform, strengthening technical cooperation, and promoting various forms of joint ventures and cooperation between leading global enterprises and domestic enterprises.

At this point, the new energy automobile industry is particularly prominent. Daimler Group and BAIC Group, Volkswagen Group and Jianghuai Automobile, Ford Motor and Zotye have successively carried out in-depth cooperation in the field of new energy vehicles.

As the largest automobile aftermarket exhibition in Asia, more than 6,000 enterprises from 40 countries and regions participated in the 13th Shanghai International Automobile Parts, Maintenance, Testing and Diagnostic Equipment and Service Supplies Exhibition held not long ago, and the achievements of Chinese and foreign automobile parts enterprises in the field of new energy vehicles became a highlight.

It is understood that the scale of the new energy vehicles and technology area in this year’s exhibition has increased significantly. In addition to the richer exhibits, the technical core in the past was mainly motor electronic control, but now it is constantly extending to batteries, battery management, charging piles and related core components. Many multinational companies are seeking deeper cooperation with China enterprises, among which German pavilions with many famous brands such as Osram, Fabi and Proffit have expanded by more than 44% compared with the previous period.

According to Zhou Shaolan, deputy general manager of Frankfurt Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., the electrification, automation, intelligence and networking of automobiles and the communication of the "Belt and Road" automobile industry have become the focus of attention of Chinese and foreign manufacturers.

Cao Jiansheng, assistant managing director of Frankfurt Exhibition Asia Holdings Co., Ltd. also said that high-end technologies such as new energy, intelligence and lightweight have increasingly become the focus of the exhibition. At present, Messe Frankfurt has become a platform to help China enterprises participate in international cooperation.

Cao Jiansheng said that in the future, it will further enrich and improve the platform function of the exhibition, better serve China enterprises to go global, and help domestic enterprises to achieve a higher level of international cooperation.

In this regard, industry experts said that with the efforts of many multinational automobile companies in the field of new energy, the international competition of new energy vehicles will come soon. For domestic enterprises, facing the internationalization of the new energy vehicle market, there are both pressures and opportunities, which can encourage domestic enterprises to continuously promote technological progress and service improvement to meet the ever-increasing market demand. Why did the number of hits exceed 100,000+on a live trial of a "people’s accusation" case?

On September 27, the Intermediate People’s Court of Yanbian Prefecture, Jilin Province, the sky outside the court was clear and the national emblem was hung high in the court. The Supreme People’s Court’s Second Circuit Court held a public hearing on a case of "people suing officials" here. Unexpectedly, the case was heard live on media networks such as China Court Open Network, which quickly attracted the attention and praise of netizens, and the number of hits exceeded 100,000 at 6 o’clock that night. At the trial site, the grand court, which can accommodate 330 people, was packed, and the audience held their breath and listened to the public trial for nearly two hours. Some NPC deputies in Yanbian Prefecture, members of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, special supervisors of the Supreme People’s Court, administrative trial judges of the third-level courts in Jilin Province, representatives of relevant functional departments of the two levels of governments in Yanbian Prefecture, and teachers and students of Yanbian University attended the trial. Justice He Xiaorong, a full-time member of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People’s Court and the president of the Second Circuit Court, personally served as the presiding judge, and formed a five-member collegiate bench to conduct a public hearing of the case.

What is the case that attracts so many people’s attention?

This case involves whether the government should fulfill its compensation obligations in accordance with the administrative agreement. Jin and Cui signed a house expropriation compensation agreement with Wangqing county government, and the agreement stipulated that Jin and Cui would move back to two sets of buildings. On the same day, Yupeng Real Estate Development Company, the third person in charge of demolition and development, also signed a compensation agreement with Jin and Cui. Later, due to a dispute over the performance of the two agreements, Jin and Cui sued the court for the performance of the above agreements. After the first trial and the second trial, the plaintiff refused to accept the case and applied for a retrial according to law. After examination, the Supreme People’s Court decided to retry the case.

In recent years, the administrative cases of urban housing expropriation and compensation involving the vital interests of ordinary people have increased year by year. How to standardize the government’s expropriation and compensation work, how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the expropriated people, and how to substantially resolve administrative disputes are the focus of such cases and often become the focus of social attention.

Why did the Supreme People’s Court retry this administrative case?

According to Liang Fengyun, the presiding judge in charge of the case, with the promotion of the revitalization strategy of the old industrial base in Northeast China and the implementation of a series of policies such as urban and rural transformation and shantytown transformation, a large number of administrative disputes have been caused by the expropriation of demolition compensation. The the Supreme People’s Court Second Circuit Court will perform its statutory duties according to law, protect the legitimate rights and interests of administrative counterparts, promote the substantive resolution of administrative disputes, support and supervise administrative organs to administer according to law, create a stable, fair, transparent and predictable business environment ruled by law, and provide strong judicial guarantee for the comprehensive and all-round revitalization of Northeast China.

Why did the Supreme People’s Court go to the court where the case was filed?

On the one hand, the purpose of setting up the circuit court in the Supreme People’s Court is to lower the trial focus, solve disputes on the spot, and facilitate litigants’ litigation; on the other hand, the circuit court can better understand the characteristics and laws of local cases, narrow the distance between the Supreme People’s Court and the people, better embody justice for the people, and better create a good legal environment for the revitalization of Northeast China.

In order to give full play to the function of administrative trial, protect the legitimate rights and interests of administrative counterparts in accordance with the law, and promote the substantive resolution of administrative disputes, according to the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Law and relevant judicial interpretations, Justice He Xiaorong personally served as the presiding judge of this case, and together with the presiding judges of the Second Circuit Court of the Supreme People’s Court, such as Liang Fengyun, Wang Fubo, Song Chunyu and zhangyan, formed a five-member collegiate bench to go to the Yanbian Intermediate People’s Court of Jilin Province where the case was filed for public hearing. This is the first time that the Supreme People’s Court has formed a strong lineup of five collegiate panels to go to the grass-roots circuit court to openly hear cases.

During the trial, Justice He Xiaorong presided over the whole process. In accordance with the law, the litigation rights of all parties were fully guaranteed, and questions were asked one by one around the focus of the case. Other members of the collegial panel also asked questions about the facts of the case and the application of the law. Because the case involves major property rights and interests, there is serious opposition between the parties. In the trial of some specific issues, because one of the parties, the Korean people, was not fluent in Chinese and was excited to speak, the two sides once had heated words. The collegiate bench promptly and steadily controlled and eased the opposition between the parties, and explained the reasons clearly. The whole trial process was civilized, standardized, fair and efficient. The "last question" established and adhered to by the Second Circuit Court greatly eased the emotions of the parties, and finally the three parties agreed to mediate under the auspices of the court.

The respondent of this case, the head of the People’s Government of Wangqing County, said with emotion during the trial: "Through today’s trial, I deeply realized that there are still many problems in the construction of our government ruled by law. The administrative litigation system is not only a law to protect the legitimate rights and interests of administrative counterparts, but also a basic system to supervise administrative organs to administer according to law and promote a government ruled by law, a sunny government and a responsible government. "

This case will be mediated in accordance with the law.

After the trial, the Second Circuit Court of the Supreme People’s Court held a forum on the topic of "Giving full play to the function of administrative trial and providing strong judicial guarantee for the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China". Infected by auditing the trial site, the discussion atmosphere at the forum was very warm. NPC deputies Gu Fengjie, Jin Xiong, Xian Shunnv and Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference member Lv Zijun talked about their experience in observing the trial, and put forward opinions and suggestions around thoroughly implementing the overall requirements of the central authorities for the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China in the new era. Representatives from relevant functional departments of the local government, law schools and the third-level courts in Jilin Province made speeches on topics such as supporting and supervising administrative organs to administer according to law, creating and optimizing a fair and honest business environment ruled by law, and substantially resolving administrative disputes.

Gu Fengjie, deputy to the National People’s Congress, secretary of the Party branch of Sanhe Village, Dashitou Town, Dunhua City, Jilin Province, director of the village committee and special supervisor of the Supreme People’s Court:By observing today’s trial, I personally felt that the Supreme People’s Court was responsible for the facts, the law and the people, and also felt the Supreme People’s Court’s unremitting struggle to make the people feel fair and just in every judicial case.

Jin Xiong, deputy to the National People’s Congress, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of Jilin Yanbian University:The participation in the the Supreme People’s Court circuit trial site has made us feel the efforts of the people’s courts to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the broad masses of the people to the maximum extent, further demonstrating the correctness of the central government’s major decision-making and deployment on optimizing the business environment and building a government ruled by law for the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China; I really feel the importance and urgency of strengthening not only the rule of law education but also moral education in our country.

Xian Shunnv, deputy head of the National People’s Congress and Jilin Yanbian Song and Dance Troupe:As a deputy to the National People’s Congress, I participated in such an activity for the first time. Plaintiffs in administrative cases are generally ordinary people, who lack legal awareness. In order to promote major projects, the government will inevitably have certain problems in various decisions, especially in procedures. I feel that in a society ruled by law, these problems cannot be simply covered up by "problems existing in development".

Member Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, member of the Party Group of Jilin Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, general manager of Jilin Tobacco Company and special supervisor of the Supreme People’s Court Lv Zijun:The circuit trial in the Supreme People’s Court is an important measure of the central judicial reform in recent years, which is of great significance to unifying the national judicial standards. Today’s trial case has great influence and strong representativeness. Regardless of the outcome of this case, the local government must reflect.

Bao Liwei, Director of the Administrative Reconsideration Division of Yanbian Judicial Bureau:This case is an administrative expropriation problem, which is very common in Quanzhou. The construction of a government ruled by law has a long way to go, and we urgently need the people’s court to give professional guidance and support to the standardization and legalization of administrative power operation.

Cai Yonghao, Deputy Dean of Yanbian University Law School:The more active the administrative trial, the more conducive to the construction of a government ruled by law, and the more conducive to the overall revitalization of Northeast China. However, at present, the entrance of administrative litigation has not been completely smooth, such as the government’s information disclosure is not wide enough, the status of the two sides is quite different, and the people’s legal awareness is generally lacking. It is hoped that the public interest lawyer system will be introduced in the field of administrative litigation.

Guoyan, President of the Administrative Tribunal of Jilin Higher People’s Court:According to the requirements of building a government ruled by law, we still have a lot of work to do, such as the low feedback rate of judicial suggestions and the low response rate of the heads of administrative organs in court. It is hoped that the Second Circuit Court can launch more influential administrative cases in the three northeastern provinces and issue a white paper on administrative trials to boost the construction of a government ruled by law.

Justice He Xiaorong:I am grateful to the NPC deputies, CPPCC members and people from all walks of life for their support to the work of the people’s courts. General Secretary of the Supreme Leader pointed out: "The rule of law is the best business environment". The comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China in the new era starts with the improvement of the business environment, and the improvement of the business environment starts with the construction of a government ruled by law and an honest government. The people’s court should accurately grasp the judicial law, correctly understand the relationship between the rapid economic and social development and the increase in the number of administrative cases, take the initiative to plan and actively respond; It is necessary to adhere to the people-centered development idea, in accordance with the requirements of putting the non-litigation dispute resolution mechanism ahead, effectively improve the ability and level of substantive resolution of administrative disputes, and actively respond to the substantive demands of the parties; It is necessary to vigorously strengthen the benign interaction between judicial organs and administrative organs, manage the sources of complaints in areas where administrative disputes are frequent, strive to resolve contradictions in the initial stage, earnestly safeguard social harmony and stability, and provide strong judicial guarantee for the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China in the new era.

Entering the Shen Fei "Luo Yang Youth Commando" of China Aviation Industry Corporation —— the youth power to lift the fighters to soar.

Not long ago, President Xi wrote back to the members of the "Luo Yang Youth Commando" of Shen Fei, China Aviation Industry Group, encouraging them to study and implement the spirit of the 20 th Party Congress and make positive contributions to building an aviation power — —

"You take Comrade Luo Yang as an example, take root in the development of aviation equipment, and work hard together in urgent and dangerous tasks. This spirit of unity and struggle is very valuable."

Luo Yang, "Model of Aviation Industry". On November 25, 2012, at the age of 51, he fell on the triumphant way of the J -15 carrier aircraft successfully taking off and landing the carrier Liaoning ship. The heavy weapon of the country is cast by life. As the commander-in-chief of the domestic J -15 carrier-based aircraft development site, Luo Yang used his life to practice the clank oath of China aviation people to serve the country.

Today, it has been 10 years since Luo Yang, the "model of aviation industry", died.

Although Luo Yang has gone, the "air dream" is still flying. In June 2013, China Aviation Industry Shen Fei established the first batch of "Luo Yang Youth Commando", with an average age of only 30. In the past 10 years, Shen Fei "Luo Yang Youth Commando" has participated in more than 40,000 young people and solved more than 1,000 production technical problems.

President Xi’s reply not only inspired 12 members of the first batch of "Luo Yang Youth Commando" who wrote letters, but also inspired thousands of aviation youths and aviation people. Today, let’s walk close to four members of the first batch of "Luo Yang Youth Commando" and listen to their stories about the struggle of a new generation of airmen in the past 10 years.

Li Xiaodan, a first-class technical expert in aviation industry and senior engineer in charge of Shen Fei.

  Faith carves youth.

Laser flashes in the air, materials are accumulated layer by layer according to the preset pattern, and metal parts with complex shapes are "carved" into shape.

Here, it is Shen Fei Technology Research Institute of China Aviation Industry Corporation. Li Xiaodan, a senior engineer in charge, is using the latest 3D printing equipment to produce parts for fighter planes.

Ten years ago, Li Xiaodan, who graduated from Northeastern University with a doctor’s degree, joined the aviation industry in Shen Fei. Here, she got to know Luo Yang, who is trying her best to solve the problem of carrier-based aircraft arresting hook.

"Mr. Luo took the technicians to scrutinize the details one by one and constantly adjusted the main direction and development mode. I only had a few contacts with him, but I can’t forget his tenacity. " Li Xiaodan recalled.

In 2013, with the increasing demand for high weight loss, long service life and low cost of new fighters, Shen Fei Company began to challenge the metal additive manufacturing technology which is extremely difficult to innovate. Take the initiative to fight, Li Xiaodan accepted this arduous task.

Additive manufacturing technology is known as 3D printing. Whether it is brand-new materials, unfamiliar technology or high-tech technology, it is a "blank" in the domestic aviation field. Li Xiaodan and his teammates must break through the technical bottleneck and get through the production line as soon as possible.

After accepting the task, Li Xiaodan led a 7-member team also from "Luo Yang Youth Commando", and at the same time carried out factory renovation and equipment debugging, working overtime until late at night every day. Sometimes, when Li Xiaodan walks out of the factory, he sees the morning light.

"At that time, we only had one belief, that is, to seize time." Li Xiaodan said. Finally, she and her team members completed the whole process trial production of typical process samples in only 28 days.

Winning the first battle doesn’t mean they have a breathing space. It is a long and arduous process from "producing" to "using".

In eight months, Li Xiaodan led the team to tackle key problems. In order to prove that the materials, processes and parts are qualified, they analyzed and verified all the performance data. In the end, the 800-page test report carried their painstaking efforts for 8 months, holding up the first additive manufacturing part and flying into the blue sky.

10 years, with a flick of a finger. From conception to application, from start to maturity, Li Xiaodan, as a witness, participant and leader, has experienced every step of the development of additive manufacturing technology — —

In 2016, a certain type of aircraft successfully made its first flight with dozens of additive manufacturing parts, marking that the technology has entered the stage of engineering application. At present, China has applied this technology to aircraft manufacturing on a large scale, and its technical level is in the leading position in the world.

"Faith is not a kind of learning, but a kind of behavior. It only makes sense when it is practiced. " After 10 years of searching, Li Xiaodan always remembered the spirit of Luo Yang. Only by daring to overcome difficulties can we move forward on the road of aviation technology innovation.

Sun Zhiqiang, a special skill expert in aviation industry and an assembler in Shen Fei.

  Constant ingenuity and endless skill

Close your eyes and thread a wire with a diameter of 0.2 mm, which is equivalent to the thickness of three hairs, through the eye of a needle, which is almost the same. It only takes Sun Zhiqiang a few seconds.

As an assembler, Sun Zhiqiang has been practicing this skill every day for more than ten years.

Sun Zhiqiang’s main job is to complete the assembly, debugging and maintenance of fighter parts. The work in reality is far more complicated than "threading a needle with a wire". Fighter is a highly integrated precision system, and the operating space can only accommodate workers’ hands, and some circuit parts can’t even be seen directly.

In order to find an efficient operation method, Sun Zhiqiang began to exercise the flexibility and coordination of his hands intentionally, which is also called hand feeling. With this feeling, he is more familiar with the shape of the parts and more comfortable to operate, which greatly improves the assembly speed.

Sun Zhiqiang’s work notebook is full of various fault information. Colleagues joked that he knew the "temper" of the plane. He responded seriously: "There is no room for any mistakes in our work, and we can’t take it lightly at any time."

"Holding the state property in one hand and the life of a comrade-in-arms in the other." This slogan, which can be seen everywhere in the workshop, is also a motto deeply rooted in Sun Zhiqiang’s heart. As a member of "Luo Yang Youth Commando", he deeply felt the importance of his mission as an aviation man from his role model Luo Yang.

Damping part is a unique long rod part of carrier aircraft. Its installation, debugging and measurement are time-consuming and labor-intensive, which once became a difficulty in assembly work.

Sun Zhiqiang led the team through many field investigations and brainstorming, and finally developed two kinds of new equipment, which not only reduced the number of operators, but also improved the accuracy and work efficiency.

Looking through Sun Zhiqiang’s resume: after four years of employment, he obtained the qualification of electrician and assembler technician, and became the only compound talent who won the company’s "one specialty and many talents" for two consecutive years; After seven years’ employment, he obtained two senior technician qualifications; After 11 years on the job, he became a special skill expert in the aviation industry; After 12 years of employment, he won the National May 1st Labor Medal and was commended as a model worker in the aviation industry … …

Constant ingenuity, endless skills. From Sun Zhiqiang’s footprints, we can see the appearance of a great craftsman in the new era.

"Yes ‘ Hard bone ’ It is necessary to chew, and if there is difficulty, it is necessary to go. This is not only the charge of a Communist party member, but also the first batch of us ‘ Luo Yang Youth Commando ’ The team members are rooted in the heart. " Sun Zhiqiang said.

Liu Yanmei, special technical expert in aviation industry and chief metallurgist of Shen Fei.

  Run faster towards your dreams.

  Calm expression, gentle smile.

At first sight, it was difficult to associate Liu Yanmei with the word welding.

Now 42-year-old Liu Yanmei, the chief metallurgist of Shenyang Aircraft Corporation, shoulders the dual responsibilities of technology and management, and often runs around the office and various factories.

Dr Liu Yanmei graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology. Just arrived in Shen Fei, she volunteered to become a welder in the manufacturing engineering department.

In people’s usual thinking, there should be two straight lines between welding and female doctor. But Liu Yanmei has no time to pay attention to other people’s ideas. Starting from a welding technician, she has clearly written it into her career plan.

Liu Yanmei knew that in the future, aircraft components will tend to be large-scale and integrated, and aircraft production will start with parts. In order to connect the "skeleton", welding technology is indispensable.

"Only by keeping your feet on the ground can you look up at the stars." Liu Yanmei regrets.

Going deep into the welding production line with sparks flying, Liu Yanmei never complained about the hardships, but had more whimsy. In sincere consultation and discussion again and again, she turned the worker master in the workshop into her mentor.

The experience of "fighting" in the front line made Liu Yanmei combine theory with production practice more and more closely. She assisted professional leaders and carried out a number of research projects: realizing the popularization and application of a certain welding technology, solving the deformation problem of a certain welding part, and effectively improving the production quality of large-scale wall parts … … Gradually, people around you began to look at this "welding" female doctor with approval.

Only six years after joining the company, Liu Yanmei became the chief engineer of welding and additive technology in Shen Fei. Her responsibilities and pressures are constantly superimposed with the change of her identity. Make professional development plans, train professional talents, and ensure the smooth completion of production tasks … … She is leading an increasingly large team and speeding towards the future.

In the past 10 years, Liu Yanmei often felt that where the flag of "Luo Yang Youth Commando" fluttered, there was always a vigorous force that guided them to the distance.

In 2016, one day after work, Liu Yanmei, who had just served as the professional chief engineer, received the first-line news of production: a large component had abnormal detection. If the problem cannot be solved in time, it will affect the subsequent production process and even delay the time for troops to pick up.

Liu Yanmei immediately returned to his unit and set up a "Commando Team" on the spot to analyze the causes of the problems and work out solutions together with technicians, workers’ masters and inspectors. After continuous fighting day and night, they successfully ensured the qualified delivery of products. In Liu Yanmei’s view, perhaps it was the commando team flag that brought all people’s hearts together.

"Luo Yang once said that the common dream of aviation people is to make China’s aviation industry keep pace with the world in the competitive arena. This is all we have ‘ Youth Commando ’ The direction that the team members are working hard for. " In order to realize this dream, Liu Yanmei is still running at an accelerated pace.

Wang Gang, Chief Skill Expert of Aviation Industry and Milling Machine Worker of Shen Fei

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a nanometer.

"If you have any technical problems, just look for us." This resounding promise comes from Shen Fei’s first innovation studio — — Wanggang model worker innovation studio.

This is a studio led by workers.

Wang Gang Model Worker Innovation Studio was developed from "Wang Gangban", which brought together more than 80 skilled elites of different jobs in 10 factories of the company, and ensured everyone to continuously improve their innovation ability through membership system and elimination system.

It was Wang Gang, a 43-year-old "ace milling worker" of Shen Fei Group Company who created all this.

National Model Worker, Winner of Chinese Skill Award and Winner of National Patent … … This is a glorious label on Wang Gang. Regarding the accuracy of milling operation, the relevant national standards are between 0.008mm and 0.01 mm. With personal efforts, Wang Gang improved the accuracy to 0.005 mm..

"Believe in the power of innovation." This is the secret of Wang Gang’s success. In order to study the theoretical knowledge of milling workers, he bought a lot of relevant materials and plunged himself into the sea of books.

After studying, Wang Gang improved a series of traditional processing methods and greatly improved the production efficiency. Winning the honor, Wang Gang didn’t keep the technology for himself. He not only put all the materials he bought in the activity room for everyone to borrow, but also passed on the technology to everyone without reservation through lectures and exchanges.

"Wang Gangban" was established, becoming the first team named after employees in Shenyang Aircraft Corporation. Later, Wang Gang’s model worker innovation studio became Shen Fei’s first innovation studio.

Once, Wang Gang’s model worker innovation studio received an urgent task to process a set of high-end manufacturing technology product components. Wang Gang organized a discussion among studio members for the first time.

Modeling, programming and machining … … After receiving the task, the twin brothers Lan Tian and Lan Hai boldly improved the machining method, and greatly improved the machining accuracy and surface quality of the parts by relying on the unique technology of machining thin-walled parts.

Then, Li Xiaodan, an expert in additive manufacturing, finished the processing of the composite base, Sun Ming, a leading talent in CNC car specialty, made key auxiliary parts, and Fang Wenmo, a locksmith, carried out precision polishing & HELIP; … Under the traction of the studio, a number of professional jobs in Shen Fei cooperated with each other to overcome the original arduous level.

"President Xi mentioned in his reply ‘ Think in one place, and make efforts in one place ’ . I am particularly touched by this. " On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Luo Yang’s sacrifice, Wang Gang was filled with emotion when he saw President Xi’s reply. —

"At a small scale, a team and a studio should focus on tackling key problems. At a large scale, Shen Fei and even the entire aviation industry should work together to forge ahead. Only ‘ Joint operations ’ In order to unite the strong synergy of aviation serving the country and aviation power. " (Liu Min)
