It is clear that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a super-large-scale blockchain computing cluster, build a national blockchain computing network composed of provincial and municipal backbone node networks and industry application node networks, and build blockchain industry innovation centers in a number of key national fields such as energy and finance, and build blockchain regional innovation centers in key areas where China’s digital economy is developing rapidly and operating actively, so as to promote the high-quality development of the digital economy with the "national backbone".
