At present, in principle, only "Chuan A" fuel gas trucks that cannot be replaced by new energy vehicles can apply for electronic access codes, and they must be transported during the day. After consultation with relevant departments, it is clearly stipulated that the following six categories of trucks can apply for the pass code. Other ordinary freight vehicles cannot apply for a pass code in principle, and can be transported at night or by new energy trucks. The seventh case is mainly aimed at the individual cases where the six categories of needs are not covered, but there are indeed needs.
(1) For concrete trucks and ready-mixed mortar trucks, the demand confirmation department is Chengdu Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau.

(5) For municipal law enforcement and operation vehicles, the demand confirmation department is Chengdu Urban Management Committee.
(6) Domestic waste transport vehicles (vehicles with a total mass of less than 12 tons must be registered on or before August 4, 2020), and the demand confirmation department is Chengdu Urban Management Committee.

Answer:(1) If a truck that has obtained the Electronic Pass Code for Freight Cars in Chengdu fails to pass the exhaust emission test under the supervision of the ecological environment department, the electronic pass code of the truck shall be revoked. After the re-inspection of maintenance is qualified, apply again according to the procedure. Since the first acquisition of the "Chengdu Freight Car Electronic Pass Code", if it fails to pass the supervision and sampling test for 2 times within this year, it shall not re-apply within one year from the date of revocation. (2) The electronic pass code of a truck that has obtained the Chengdu Electronic Pass Code shall be revoked under any of the following circumstances; Within one year from the date of revocation, no new application may be made:
1. Failing to engage in the transportation of goods according to the application purpose;
2. Driving away after a traffic accident;
