As shown in the above figure, the information such as mobile phone number, ID number, name and residence number must be accurately filled in. When scanning the code for registration for the second time, just fill in the mobile phone number, and the ID number and name will be automatically displayed.

If it is a daily trip, such as going to work or shopping, choose other travel modes as shown in the above figure, and fill in the destination as work or shopping; If it is a daily entry, such as going out for shopping after work, where to fill in the off-duty or shopping, just choose another way to return.

What needs to be emphasized here is that when filling in the information, the temporary or returning personnel must fill in the relevant information truthfully. If they are migrant workers returning to school, the travel mode, destination, work unit or school must be clearly filled in; If it is a foreign returnee, the place of origin, the way of returning home and the current place of residence must be clearly filled in.

Finally, after the prevention and control personnel of the community and their families’ hospitals measure the temperature of the people entering and leaving, they can be released only after they have carefully filled in and submitted the information truthfully.
