There are heavy rains in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and continuous high temperatures in Huanghuai and other places.
CCTV News:The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that heavy rain or rainstorm will occur in parts of the western and northern Sichuan Basin, southwestern Shaanxi, central Henan, central Jiangsu, eastern Guangdong and other places during the day. The maximum hourly rainfall in these areas is 30 ~ 78 mm. In addition, the high temperature weather continues in most parts of central and eastern China, with the highest temperature of 38 ~ 39℃ in Guanzhong and southeastern Shaanxi, southwestern Shanxi, southern Henan, central and eastern Hubei, central Anhui, southwestern Jiangsu and parts of Chongqing and southeastern Sichuan, and 40 ~ 42.7℃ in Yuncheng and Linfen, Shanxi, Shiyan and Enshi, Hubei, Fengjie, Kaixian and Yunyang, Chongqing and Luzhou, Sichuan. Nine counties (cities) in Shanxi, Hubei and Sichuan have reached or exceeded the historical maximum of the highest temperature in July, among which Xinjiang (42.7℃) and Guxian (40.8℃) in Shanxi have exceeded the historical maximum of the local highest temperature.
Key weather forecast
1. There will be a strong precipitation process from Sichuan Basin to North China.
From the night of 28th to 30th, there will be a strong precipitation process in the central and western Sichuan Basin, the eastern part of northwest China, North China and Northeast China. There are heavy rains and local heavy rains in parts of southern Gansu, eastern and southern Shaanxi, south-central North China, most of Northeast China and central and western Sichuan Basin. Some of the above areas are accompanied by strong convective weather such as short-term heavy precipitation.
It is estimated that from 20: 00 on July 28 to 20: 00 on July 29, there will be heavy rains in parts of southern Gansu, central and western Sichuan Basin, southwestern and northeastern Shaanxi, central and northern Shanxi, most of Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, northern Henan, northwestern Shandong, southwestern Liaoning and northeastern Heilongjiang, among which there will be heavy rains (100-180 mm) in the central and western Sichuan Basin, and some of the above areas will be accompanied by short rains. The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blue rainstorm warning at 18: 00 on July 28th (see Figure 1) and continued to issue a blue rainstorm warning for severe convective weather.
2. Continuous high temperature weather in Huanghuai and its south area.
It is estimated that during the daytime on July 29th, the highest temperature in central and western Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, most of the south of the Yangtze River, northern South China, eastern Sichuan Basin, eastern Guizhou and southern Xinjiang Basin will reach 35℃, among which the highest temperature in eastern and southern Henan, central and northern Anhui, southern Jiangsu, most of Hubei, central and northern Hunan, central and northern Jiangxi, central and northern Zhejiang, eastern Sichuan Basin and southern Xinjiang Basin will reach 37 ~. The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a high-temperature orange warning at 18: 00 on July 28 (see Figure 2).
Specific forecast for the next three days
From 20: 00 on July 28 to 20: 00 on July 29, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of western Liaoning, eastern Tibet, eastern northwest China, north China, northern Huanghuai, southern Sichuan Plateau, central and western Sichuan Basin, and central and southern Guangdong, among which there were heavy rains or heavy rains in parts of southern and eastern Shaanxi, central and northern Shanxi, central and southern Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, northwestern Shandong, and western Sichuan Basin (100. There are 4 ~ 6 winds and above in most parts of Inner Mongolia and parts of Ili Valley in Xinjiang (see Figure 3).
From 20: 00 on July 29 to 20: 00 on July 30, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of central and eastern Northeast China, eastern North China, northern Shandong, western and southern Sichuan Basin, most of Yunnan, southeastern Tibet and central and southern Guangdong, and there were heavy rains or heavy rains (100-150 mm) in central Jilin, southern Heilongjiang, eastern Liaoning and southwestern Sichuan Basin. There are 4 ~ 6 winds in parts of northwestern Xinjiang and central Inner Mongolia (see Figure 4).
From 20: 00 on July 30 to 20: 00 on July 31, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, southern and eastern Tibet, northeastern and southern Southwest China, southern South China and Hainan Island, among which there were heavy rains (50-60 mm) in parts of northwestern Heilongjiang (see Figure 5).
Influence and concern
There is strong rainfall in Sichuan Basin and northern areas, so we should pay attention to the geological disasters of floods and flash floods in small and medium-sized rivers that may be caused by rainfall. North China, Huanghuai and other places should be alert to the adverse effects of strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and hail.
