Dalian, Liaoning： On April 13th, regional nucleic acid screening was carried out in some districts, cities and counties.

　　In order to effectively protect the health of the broad masses of people in Dalian and implement various measures for epidemic prevention and control in Dalian, the COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters is scheduled to conduct regional nucleic acid screening for permanent population, temporary population and floating population in some districts and counties of Dalian (Jinpu New District, Pulandian District, wafangdian city, zhuanghe city, Changxing Island Economic Zone and Changhai County) from 6:00 to 22:00 on April 13th. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

　　The general public are requested to go to the nucleic acid sampling point in batches, at the wrong time and in an orderly manner under the arrangement of local streets (towns) and communities (villages) in accordance with the requirements of "every person should be inspected" and complete the sampling work according to the guidance of the staff. Wear a mask correctly during the sampling process, do not talk to others and keep a social distance of more than 1 meter, pay attention to weather changes and travel safety.

　　When sampling nucleic acid, please ask the general public to take the initiative to show the "Liaoshitong Health Code". Old people or children who don’t or can’t use smart phones, please ask their families and neighbors to show their codes on their behalf, or bring their ID cards (those without ID cards bring their household registration books).

　　While waiting for the results of nucleic acid screening, please ask the general public to consciously abide by the requirements of Dalian’s current epidemic prevention and control, minimize social activities and reduce personnel gathering. Those who refuse to cooperate with this round of regional nucleic acid screening without justifiable reasons will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
