On the back, the main scene pattern is a head-raised cow shape which combines the traditional paper-cutting art of China with the decorative New Year pictures. The background pattern is lanterns and grains, and the words "Xin Chou" are printed on the left side of the coin face.

The above-mentioned banking financial institutions in Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Hunan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang counties have no outlets, and the appointment exchange work is undertaken by China Postal Savings Bank; In areas where there are no outlets in Tibet, the appointment exchange work is undertaken by the Agricultural Bank of China.

The People’s Bank of China will check all the reservation registration records of Lunar New Year coins. Members of the public who make repeated reservations for New Year’s coins cannot pass the verification and cannot exchange them. The public can log on to the official website of the booking bank after 24: 00 on January 26, 2021 to check the booking results.
Each booking bank will send short messages to feed back the booking results according to the mobile phone number reserved by the public at the time of booking. The specific appointment results shall be subject to the appointment of the official website of the bank.
(4) Advance redemption limit
Each person can reserve and exchange 20 New Year coins.
(5) Requirements for identity documents
The valid identity documents for appointment and exchange of New Year’s money must be the original of the second-generation resident identity card.
The public must hold their original valid second-generation resident ID card when making an appointment at the bank outlet for on-site appointment; If you make an on-site appointment on behalf of others, you must provide the original second-generation resident ID cards of the agent and the agent, and the number of agents shall not exceed 5.
(six) the appointment verification period arrangement
January 27th to 28th, 2021 is the appointment verification period. (7) Exchange arrangements
Make an appointment for the bank to handle the new year’s currency exchange business from January 29 to February 4, 2021. The public can hold the original valid second-generation resident ID card registered in the reservation system at the agreed time, and go to the agreed appointment bank outlet to handle the appointment exchange business.
Branches of the People’s Bank of China may, according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, adjust the local appointment exchange time and make a separate announcement.
If the public collects New Year’s money on behalf of others, they must hold the original valid second-generation resident ID card registered by the consignee in the reservation system, and the number of recipients shall not exceed 5.
(8) Announcement of reserved exchange information.
The People’s Bank of China and the booking bank will announce the progress of online booking, on-site booking and exchange in all regions of the country on their official websites every working day during the booking and exchange period of Lunar New Year coins. middle
